Farringdon Point
FARRINGDON, LONDON
Farringdon Point is a prominent commercial office building located at 33 Farringdon Road (EC1M 3JF) in London's vibrant Clerkenwell district and positioned directly opposite Farringdon Station.
CURATORIAL APPROACH
The collection was conceived to bring rhythm, colour and a sense of playfulness to the interior, responding closely to its distinctive architectural palette. A series of abstract works introduces fluid, organic forms that echo the curves and geometries of the surrounding furniture, while tones of rust, blush, deep blue and soft neutrals create a visual dialogue with the materiality of the space.
Framed in natural timber, the works sit comfortably within the architectural joinery, creating moments of colour without competing with the interior. A small sculptural work introduces a contrasting three-dimensional element, its playful composition and tactile materiality extending the language of the collection beyond the wall and into the space itself.
Together, the works create a cohesive but informal collection, bringing character and visual interest to the everyday experience of the building.

CURATORIAL APPROACH
Vic Wright’s sculptures were selected to bring rhythm, colour and a sense of playfulness to the interior. Their organic forms echo the curves of the surrounding furniture, while soft neutral tones sit comfortably alongside the architectural finishes.
Working with casting cement, pigments and metal powders, Wright creates tactile surfaces that reveal subtle variations in colour and texture. Her transformation of industrial materials into delicate, nature-inspired forms brings an intimate scale to the space, inviting visitors to pause and look more closely.
